OpenStudy (igreen):

What's your question? @ShayleeCutie

OpenStudy (anonymous):

these are the answers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a ≥ –4 or a ≤ 4 a ≤ –4 or a ≥ 4 a ≥ –4 and a ≤ 4 a ≤ –4 and a ≥ 4

OpenStudy (igreen):

The absolute value signs make 'a' positive no matter what.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya im so confused on how to do this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do u solve this or whats the answer

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

if you say |a|=x, it means +a = x and -a = x. There are siminalr rules for inequalities. You write out both and see where it falls.
