Are there any universal cross platform tools that help one visualize dependencies of a program? A interactive editor would be preferred, that allows one to create visual "representations" of dependencies. An example is something like: http://collusion.toolness.org/ Notice the gravity field or grouping system. Is there anything interactive like this?
( This doesn't have anything to do concerning your question, but, i tried the demo in the link and the info is just really interesting. I got the add on ! And I really enjoyed the visual representations, I understood quickly! And i really liked how it stayed all on one page. !!!!!!! I hope you find what you're looking for! !! Thanks for posting this btw I learned something new ! )
wow this is cool; I also learnt something new.
I doubt it, but you should try Stack Overflow. To be honest, it sounds like it would have very limited use cases.
Well it only serves one function, as far as limited cases go I believe it just depends on how that person does his or hers thought process. I know there is a tool like this that is used too navigate Git commits. I used it for my own small projects, however it is a nightmare when working with an insane amount of commits on production code. I will try on Stack Overflow, but I do not expect much of a reply to be honest. The idea is centred around a certain group of people.
Okay, I am convinced I cannot code something like this as I have no clue on how to code the gravity layout. Still looking for any programs like this.
