Miguel: ¿Qué debo comer en el desayuno? Raquel: Es aconsejable que ___________ frutas y cerales.
Comas= eat And the conversation would look like this in english -> Miguel: What should I eat for breakfast? Raquel: It is recommendable that you (eat) fruits and cereals. So you would put "Comas" In the blank (:
Eh... Comer is a er verb. So it would be comes, not comas.

Raquel: Es aconsejable que comes frutas y cereales? That doesn't make any sense! @BioEpic
I'm just saying there is no word 'comas'. Comer is an er verb, not an ar verb, so the conjugation would be comes. If you doubt me you can always check it online.

Spanish is my whole life language I speak spanish at home and everywhere how is it that I'm wrong. I know its comas, for example if someone was telling someone else "DO NOT EAT THAT!" How would you write it? -> "NO COMAS ESO!" It wouldn't be "no comes eso!" because it doesn't make sense
@BioEpic
Ok you probably know it better than me. https://translate.google.com/#es/en/no%20comes%20eso%0Ano%20comas%20eso http://www.spanishdict.com/conjugate/comer I agree with you.
See this conversation is in present tense.... so its comas
