OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

Mechanical Physics recommendation book OK! so, I'm currently studying classical mechanics calculus course and I would appreciate it if anyone knows a book just full of a mountain of problems. I would like an excessive practice with a book that has many many problems regarding every section. It'd be nice if it has an explanations to the answers, but that's not needed. I just want a book full of millions of problems. Any Ideas?

OpenStudy (micahm):

so right now i am cu fuse what are you looking for?

OpenStudy (micahm):

@LanHikari22

@Secret-Ninja

OpenStudy (micahm):

@Secret-Ninja what do you think

OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

i'm looking for a book. one that has many conceptional and calculation problems regarding mechanical physics

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

I just googled 'Mechanical physics workbook' but it seems you may have to purchase... https://www.google.com/search?q=mechanical+physics+workbook%27&rlz=1C1GGGE_enUS453US453&oq=mechanical+physics+workbook%27&aqs=chrome..69i57.6920j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

BTW Congrats on your smartscore @micahm ! :D

OpenStudy (micahm):

thank you for helping

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

No problem. :)

OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

hmm. I'll see through this book, might be worth it. Although i was looking for raw sheets just full of problems, this might not be all that bad

OpenStudy (micahm):

is it for school

OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

i'm a uni student but no, i'm self-studying physics

OpenStudy (micahm):

oh so there's no grade

OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

nope. but i still want a good workbook.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Cool

Engineering Mechanics by Hibbeler

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Schaum's Outline Series is a good source of problems, this one is available online https://archive.org/details/SchaumsTheoryAndProblemsOfTheoreticalMechanics

OpenStudy (lanhikari22):

thanks, i'll check them. also; they support the calculus course, right? and, @surry99 there are two books: dynamic and static for what you mentioned. does dynamic include the physics 101 lessons starting from vectors in toward newton's laws and above?

OpenStudy (surry99):

The version I have includes both statics and dynamics. Chapter 2 which is part of the statics section deals with vectors. Chapter 12 which is the start of the dynamics section begins with kinematics of a particle.
