OpenStudy (anonymous):

Someone please this needs to be done soon!!!

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

ok.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

(3x+21)=96

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

@CoolGuy13

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

What is the next step.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

@CoolGuy13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No next step (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh wait

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Subtract by 21 on both sides.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3x = 75

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

3x=75

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Yes.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Then divide by 3 on both sides.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But this one says find Y.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

x=25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is X @confluxepic

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

180=6y+96

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh ok so 25 is the answer?

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

No.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

/:

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Hold on. I am thinking.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Ok. Back in track.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

180=6y+96

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

What do you do next. @CoolGuy13

sammixboo (sammixboo):

All angles in a quadrilateral equals 360 degrees. We know that (3x + 21) = 96, and we also have another angle given, so we add 96 + 96 together and get 192. Subtract 192 from 360 360 - 192 = 168. Now we know the other two unknown angles add up to 168

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Just some extra info :) Confluex keep on helping ahaha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

180 - 96?

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

84

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Thanks. @sammixboo

sammixboo (sammixboo):

No problem!

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

84=6y What do you think we do next.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

We divide by 6.

sammixboo (sammixboo):

Good job explaining too!

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Thanks. You too.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

14?

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

Yes.

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

y=14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (confluxepic):

You're welcome.
