A good way to do this is, by making a small graph, and you aren't given many points, so it shouldn't be to hard to deduce the final solution :). Here are a few tips I can think of right now that might help you, basically what kinds of lines there are. Intersecting lines : One point of intersection, meaning one solution. Parallel lines: No points of intersection (never touch), no solution. Coincident lines: Infinite points, infinite solutions.
