if you google each question seperatly, there is probably a yahoo answers or something else where someone has already asked this question. DO NOT copy and paste it, but you can use someone elses answer as a guideline or help for you. good luck(:

Anything can happen once. You want to be able to show consistency---what can other person reasonably expect to happen if they repeat your experiment? You can't tell them that with any certainty until you have consistently seen the same results yourself. This means that you need to repeat your process a number of times.
