i look to the pic it shows that the angle between 23 and 19 is right angle which makes life much easer even though it is not right since 30^2=19^2+23^2 are not equal. however, the area of the triangle is (23*19*/2) *2 (for the 2 sides)=437

the other sides= 38*(19+30+23)=38*72=2736 total=2736+437=3173
