Suppose you arrange chess knights on a three-by-three chess board as shown. A knight's move is one space either vertically or horizontally, then two spaces in either perpendicular direction. (That's equivalent to two spaces then one space in the perpendicular direction.) Knights can jump over pieces in their path. Two knights may not occupy the same space at the same time. Only one knight may move at a time. How many moves does it take for the white knights to change places with the black knights?
i get stuck after the 4th movement
