2. What are the greenhouse gases? Which one is the biggest concern?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@hugsnotughs

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

I answered that one already in the last post. :3 The biggest concern would probably be Carbon Dioxide because it is responsible for three quarters of the Greenhouse gases and it is released by humans and burning of fossil fuels. And there are less trees that can absorb the CO2. You can ask me Question 3 and 4 here. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok let me just do that

3. What are scientists doing to collect data? 4. What role does the carbon cycle play in this problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there u go

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Okay, let me see. :)

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

I mean, give me a second. xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok :)

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

The third question really isn't specific enough for a student to answer, unless it told you what scientists are doing in the lesson. I guess it would be what scientists are doing to see the greenhouse gases...or to prevent it? I think that what sceintists are doing to learn more about greenhouse gases is recording annual emissions from industrial sources. And what scientists are doing to prevent more greenhouse gases are obviously designing more technology that doesn't have these gases, such as technology that can use renewable sources as energy absorbers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol ok

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

And then let me answer your fourth question...

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

Yeah, just look back in your lesson to see what scientists collect data from. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)

OpenStudy (hugsnotughs):

So, the Carbon Cycle also releases carbon dioxide...actually, burning fossil fuels is now part of the carbon cycle. Respiration is too because animals and human breathe out carbon dioxide. But the carbon dioxide also gets absorbed by plants (for photosynthesis), but with lack of plants, and overpopulation, there is a bit too much greenhouse gases.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thnx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do i give post the othe questions
