I added all the number and got 7,208,000 so I guess C would be right. But not 100 percent sure.

I would say D. A is false because there were more German immigrants than anything. B is false because there was more Canadian immigrants than Sweden. C isn't true because although there may have been 7 million immigrants, Americans would already be living in the U.S. The 7 million immigrants just added to the number of people already there.
