When planning a workout for muscular endurance, you'll need fewer workouts to reach your goal if you do compound exercises.
Is this a question or are you just stating a fact?
sounds more like a statement but indirectly. and it just depends what muscle group you are wanting to target, because it could require more workouts or less but to gain muscular endurance you want to do something that your body is willing to do like dont go out of your way just to assume you can do something. but i think you mean strength instead of endurance well strength makes better sense, but to keep strength/and or endurance you need to set goals that you wont reach in a day or two like they need to be measurable as in if i first get introduced to weights then i need to start out low to see where i am working my muscles because it can also cause injuries and hurt you if you think you can do more and start higher, but you want your muscles to be used to doing what you are doing so you would want to decrease by 5-10 lbs. every 2-4 weeks but only workout 2-3 days a week because you need time for recovery but then you would also need the right diet which you should probably lose the majority of your fat before you start going towards muscular endurance, etc. because it will just end up bulky and not show what you have worked off but working out/results takes time because its a whole process of gaining something that you dont already have , but then again it all depends what you want your workout to be like because then if you just want tonnage then thats a whole different set of what to do. but even doing the least amount of reps you could still use alot of weight which is how you get stronger but sometimes depending if im still sore or not ill increase about 5 lbs. depending what i want to do as wherever you want to get stronger you want to work your way up because that would help prevent you from injury. but if im wanting to decrease my benching i would have to decrease my weight for tricep extension so therefore i need to stay high in my weight but then somedays i can go light for curls but if you dont feel soar after your workout then you didnt do something right well for a beginner you would feel it later in a day but give it a month and you should be sore after about every workout.
