Why was the Glorious Revolution in England unusual in comparison to political developments in France, Spain, and Russia? While the French, Spanish, and Russian monarchies were becoming more absolute, the Glorious Revolution created a limited monarchy. The Glorious Revolution is the only instance in which the line of succession of a monarchy was altered by warfare. Unlike most revolutions, one monarch willingly ceded power to another monarch. The Glorious Revolution resulted in an elected republic, unique in Europe at the time
I tagged you in an old post that might help :)

I found this hopefully it will help :) The unusual glorious revolution in England, can only be the 'Industrial revolution' (you haven't given any dates or any stuff). The other two lagged behind, needing time (over centuries) to catch up. 'Indutrial revolution', in its turn presaged political developments ahead of the other two. The first being that it made the classical Feudalism redundant (of which Ludwig Feurbach wrote an essay then). Labour became indispensable & powerful asserting its rights. Obviously it led to new politics. The most telling manifestation is Karl Marx's formulation of his (Socio-politico-economic) thesis that was lapped up by the world. It was adapted by Lenin in Russian Empire (after he overthrew it) in State-craft as 'Communism', that became a nightmare in the West on both sides of the North Atlantic. This man, Karl marx (don't confuse him with Groucho & other Marx brothers in USA, that would be comical) sat in the British libraries devouring books for almost 4 decades before producing his theory that changed politics in the world.
Is it A? :/ I'm still not very sure.
