OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when the equation is set up in slope intercept form, like it was in the problem findin the slope is actually very simple. slope intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. therefore the M variable, or the first number after the = sign is your slope. so yes 3/4 would be the correct answer. the m variable is usually a fraction, but sometimes it is not and would only be one number example: if the m variable was 3, the slope would be 3/1 because that is that same as 3. make sense?
