TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Ok so in all we have 4+4+8 flowers or otherwise 16 flowers in all

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

If we take a red one first what are the chances? Hint: How many red flowers over total flowers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4/16, just to inform you because I don't want to seem rude; my web browser only allows me to type in here once.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

It only happens with internet explorer.

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

To type again just refresh the page or just switch browsers xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

So 4/16 for red. How about for a blue flower?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

8/16

TheSmartOne (thesmartone):

Ok so now we have to multiply them to get the probability.
