Explain why it is not a good idea to stand outside in a thunderstorm and wait for lightning to strike (as many stories about Ben Franklin say he did). Use the words "electrical charge," "conductor," and "insulator" at least once Someone please help me with this. I obviously do know the result of standing and waiting for lightning to strike outside but I am not sure how to add the words "electrical charge" "conductor" and "insulator" into my paragraphs. :/

I would say: During thunderstorms, the lightning is at high temperature and in high kilovolts of electrical energy and if the rays in fall upon our skin, together with water, the skin itself becomes a very good CONDUCTOR of ELECTRICAL CHARGE. However, to protect ourselves against electrical shock, we have to wear a non-metalic footwear , because it works as an INSULATOR, preventing flow of ELECTRICAL CHARGE to the ground. Hope it is reasonably this what you needed.
