Slope: 3/2 Y-int.: -2 Slope- intercept form: y=mx+b It would be y=3/2x+-2 Do you see how I got that? (M=slope)

OpenStudy (dmndlife24):

y = mx + b where m = slope and b = y - int. Plug in the information they give you... y = 3/2x - 2 To graph it, you will start by plotting a point on -2 (the y - int.) And slope = m = rise/run = 3/2 This tells us to go down or rise (from the y - int. -2) 3 spaces, and then run 2 spaces over (to the left, since it is positive). And since the slope is positive, out line will be going "up hill." Plot you next point here and connect the two points. This is your graph :D
