Find an equation involving (x,y) which is 4 units from the point (0,-3). Draw the figure described.

OpenStudy (jingle535):

Is that all of the Question or was their anything before or after? I am asking because if not you could use y=m x + b and make up the m and figure out the b.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's the whole question already. I got y=4x-3 equation but how do I graph it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Should I move 4 units up from (0,-3) then 1 unit to the right?

OpenStudy (jingle535):

Sorry I read the question wrong, to graph it first make your axis with four quadrants (Plus sign on graph paper). Then go to the y intercept (-3) and make a point. Yes

OpenStudy (jingle535):

I thought I had to explain how to graph equations I just deleted that, pardon me.

OpenStudy (jingle535):

gcgmpng you then just extend the line out on either side and put arrows at the end, good job!

Okay thank you vmuch!
