OpenStudy (nuccioreggie):

Most stars are brown dwarves main sequence white dwarves pulsars

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Brown dwarfs are those stars in the universe that don't have much hydrogen intake, they're just big massive blobs in the universe that sit there and are not very active. main sequence stars are ones that constantly fuse hydrogen atoms into their core, therefore are always increasing. Most of the stars in our universe are main sequence, even some plants

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Then you've got the white dwarf stars that are extremely dense bobs in the universe that emit quite a bit of light. These ones turn a "whitish" color when they let go some of their gasses. you've learned about nebulas and such that contain white dwarfs. They are also very hot and active

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Lastly theres pulsars. These are the things scientist have been studying more in depth as of late. These are what are classified as neutron stars that emit pulsas and sound formations in the universe. These are the types of stars that some of the most active in the universe as well, related to black holes. They tend to pull in massive amounts of matter that surround them due to their strong magnetic field

OpenStudy (anonymous):

most stars are pulser

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

Just a brief summary of what all these types are. Heh.

OpenStudy (nuccioreggie):

so its d?

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

No.

OpenStudy (jhannybean):

if you read my explanations you will see that I have told you what they are, plus gave you information.

OpenStudy (nuccioreggie):

o so its c

OpenStudy (jhannybean):
