Please explain. What is the length of AA' ?
5/2 might be wrong
It gives me three spaces so I believe that's wrong. Can you explain it please? I want to actually learn how to do it.
draw a triangle with hypotenuse as AA' and apply pythagorean theorem
Sorry I don't understand. Can you show me how to do it? What number do I pus as the hypotenuse?
oh, I just did slope from A to A'
I'll try squaring it and see if that's correct. :/ This is really confusing haha.
hey sry you still looking for help ?
@VengefulWave
Yeah I'm still confused on the question.
Join AA' and create that triangle
Notice between AA', there are 5 horizontal grids and 2 vertical grids
Sorry got logged out for some reason.

remember pythagorean theorem ?
Yeah I remember Pythagorean theorem.
But what grids are you talking about between AA'?
the blue grids in your graph
count them along horizontal side and then along vertical side
@ganeshie8 Sorry I got confused with the grids. I didn't know they were called grids, but I knew how to graph them. When I do the problem I get 5.39 and I think the problem needs to be squared.
thats the right answer!
