hi i need help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats the question?

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

with what do you wish to have help with

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2/3+x=10/11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is "x"

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

uh well

OpenStudy (some.random.cool.kid):

let me see

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well first you would subtract (2/3) from both sides. You would get \[\frac{ 10 }{ 11 }-\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }\] do you know how to find the GCF?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

helppp meee pleaseeee

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it would look something like this \[\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }+x=\frac{ 10 }{ 11 }\] \[-\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }\] \[x=\frac{ 10 }{ 11 }-\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }\] you would then need to find the greatest common factor between 11 and 3 in order to find the difference between 10/11 and 2/3
