You are setting up a pre-school for 3-4 year olds. Knowing what you do from Piaget and Erikson, name 5 things that you would make sure you had for the student to ensure positive development and give reasons for your choices.

At least you should have some ideas if not I don't really get what you've been learning about Piaget or Erikson.
http://psychology.wikia.com/wiki/Erikson's_stages_of_psychosocial_development Erikson (Student of Freud) "accepted many of Freud's theories, [...] but rejected Freud's attempt to describe personality solely on the basis of sexuality." "[In] 'Childhood and Society' (1950), he divided the human life cycle into eight psychosocial stages of development," each set by a "crisis" that must be overcome to move on. Child 4-6 Crisis: Initiative vs. Guilt Main Q: “Am I good or bad?” Strength Developed (virtue): purpose Central focus: Identification Positive outcome: Able to initiate activities and enjoy learning Developmental tasks: Sex-role identification, fantasy play, early moral development, self-esteem, group play ONE Reassure them, e.g. give positive comments about their capabilities and sense of worth (i.e., instill intrinsic motivation). Duly, avoid discouraging them from doing a goal independently. I am a summer camp counselor, and one thing the "pee-wees" (age 4-5) do are duties/responsibilities. They are given titles related to their "job" (task): before leaving check if the bathroom lights are turned off; find garbage after lunch; help hand out mattresses/blankets. In sum, be encouraging--but consistent in discipline. They will learn to accept without guilt or confusing guilt, that certain things are not allowed.
