how many solutions do these have? 1.3(y-3)=2y-9+y 2.10x-2-6x=3x-2+x 3.4(x+3)+2x=x-8

so you need to evaluate all of these problems first. by solving for the variable.

lemme know if you dont know how to start.

idk how i have a had many people show how but i don't understand i would like if you could show me an example and explain how to break it down to see how many solutions there are

@kimberry1413, so for the first one you need to first dstribute the 3 to the (y-3), so you have 3y-9=2y-9+y. then you think ok..i need to solve for the variable to see what it equals. when you do this you can quickly cancel out the 9's on each side. so you have 3y=3y.
