I dont know how to explain this without giving you the answer, just find numbers that you can multiply by them selves that add to give you 16.

For a perfect square in the equation ax^2+bx+c to determine c you take 1/2 of b and square it then that will be your value for C. Remember also that if youadd to one side of the equation you have to add the same amount to the other side.
