Let f(x)=3x-6 and g(x)=x-2 find f/g and its domain. I got f/g (3) but I'm not sure if they are all real numbers or all real numbers except 2...
@Catlover5925
im sorry i am not sure, @jordanloveangel @Kit_Kat_Nat_<3 @Brandonsnider188
It's all good :D I'm thinking all real numbers except 2....
1) f/g(x) = [3(x - 2)]/(x - 2) = 3
The domain is all real numbers except x ≠ 2 , which is not listed in your answer options!
(C) Negative real Numbers. It can not be (a) nor (b) because x can not equal 2. (D) 3 it can be 3 but 3 is too limited because x can actually be all real numbers except 2. I would go with c negative real numbers.
.......those aren't the options lol :P I looked at that already haha
here are the options....it's either a or b.... a. 3; all real numbers b. 3; all real numbers except x=2 c. 1; all real numbers d. -3; all real numbers except x=3
I'm actually leaning towards b...
