I really need help on this. Can someone please help me? Which point is on the perpendicular bisector of the segments with the endpoints (-2, 5) and (-2, -3)?

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

Bisector means that it'll be through the center of the segment. -2 will stay the same, and you just have to find the number in the middle of 5 and -3. You can count this out on a number line, or find the average of the 2 numbers (add, count, divide)

Okay, thank you!

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

Your welcome :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is the answer (-2, 1)?

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

Yup :)

Awesome! Thanks again.
