Absolutely :) The Marbury vs. Madison is arguably the most important case in Supreme Court history, it was the first case that applied to "judicial review" the federal courts had to voice acts of congress because it was in conflict with the constitution. It was a huge debate on balance of power
So the first one is obviously the correct choice because it is about the power of the judicial branch to determine whether or not things are done by the constitution and fairly :)
