What is correct about both a line and a point?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

they both don't have breadth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What? I don't understand!

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

in fact a point is dimension less

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

it's about dimension

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Does that mean that they are both collinear?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

no pal! a point is no collinear you know it is a dimensionless object! how can it be collinear a group of points can be collinear

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

Breadth is about thickness the line is a single thin object that does not have thikness and the point is dimensionless anyway so the fact about thickness is true about both

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay,..I think I am understanding now!! A point has no location and a line has many points located on it? I think?

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

yes indeed the line contains endless points a line is in fact a infinite number of points together

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yaaa, I know something!!! Thank you:)

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):
