OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Medal and fan for forever can help me with this! In the article, "Why Do We Hate?" Jim Mohr explains that we can change our patterns of hate. "There must be hope," he says. Do you believe there is hope for the Capulets and Montagues? Explain your answer using examples from the play. Use proper spelling and grammar.

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

basically the answer will be based on Your opinion. What do you think?

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Well of course I believe that there's hope. After all anything can be resolved if you just try... Is that good?

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

Yes, that's perfect. though try to use a sentence or a phrase from the play to support your opinion

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Okay, thank you.

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

your welcome (:

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

How does this sound? Yes, I do believe that there is hope. Something cannot be resolved if you don't at least attempt to resolve the issue. Like the question stated, Jim Mohr believes that hope must exist, and all that needs to be done to exploit that hope is action. They must take action and try to resolve the tensions that may exist.

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

that's good, but what u used to support your opinion was from the question. Use something from the play itself. Like when Jim said There must be hope

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

I'm not sure I understand you fully...Are you suggesting that I use a different example from the play? Perhaps something that may have been said before, or after, the example given in the question?

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

You're using example from the question. You think there is hope. But why do you think that?

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Because for every problem one may encounter throughout their life there's a chance of resolving that problem. There's hope that one day the problem could be resolved; through hope. I don't really see any other way of explaining it.

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

no your explanation is good. was that from your story or what?

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

Nope. I haven't even read the story. That's why I asked the question on Open Study. I'm just writing a response to the question blind as a bat!

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

oh wow okay, so that's probably why. Scan your story real quick and look for why Jim thinks that there is hope that things can change

OpenStudy (timmyk14):

That's a very good idea. Thank you, once again ;)

OpenStudy (jolo_yolo):

my pleasure sir
