1. Riley noticed an aquarium in his father’s office. The aquarium had the dimensions 16 in. by 8.5 in. by 10.5 in. The formula for volume is: V = l × w × h. Riley noticed that the aquarium was three-fourths full of water. How many more cubic inches of water would be required to fill the tank? Help me please please please

i have no idea

First solve for the volume. :) Plug the given dimensions into the formula. V = 16 x 8.5 x 10.5 V = 1428 Now, notice the question wants to know how much more you need to fill the tank. Since it's already 3/4 full, you want to find 1/4 of the total volume. So just divide 1428 by 4! :) 1428 / 4 = ?
