Based on the graph of kinetic energy given (gray curve in the graphing window), sketch a graph of the baseball's gravitational potential energy

HELP PLEASE??????????????????????????

The sum of potential and kinetic energies should give you the total energy. So long as energy is conserved in a system, this total energy will remain a constant. So if you are given a graph of kinetic energy, the graph of potential energy will be the direct opposite. Based just on your picture, the assumption is that initially and at the end of the ball's flight, the kinetic energy is equal to the total energy. This would be true in the case of a baseball being tossed upwards. If that is the scenario, then the potential energy function would look like: |dw:1418700353528:dw|
