Is there something specific about "wavelength" that you do not understand? Do you have a problem to solve?

Okay, wavelength is defined as the distance between two consecutive crests. Frequency is defined as the number of cycles per unit time. I'll do A, and let you do B: Wave A: The distance from one crest to the next crest is equal to 1 m. So the wavelength is 1 m. In 1 second, 1 full wave passes. So the frequency is 1 cycle per second, or 1 Hz.
