If we let the total number of students taking yoga with both instructors be equal to 100 students, then Carl has 80 students total. We are given that 66% of the students are female and are in Carl's class. So 66 percent of 100 gives us 66 female students in Carl's class. So there are 66 female students out of a total of 80 students in Carl's class. So 66/80=.825 rounding up we get .83
