Once the Supreme Court has ruled on a particular issue: a. The decision becomes law and can never be altered b. It may still overrule the previous decision if a new case addresses the issue c. The executive branch must enforce the Court’s decision

OpenStudy (paki):

what you guess here about the answer..?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What course are you in Killer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Killer_Sweetness97 I'm not sure about this one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you have an idea on which it might be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking that it was B or C cause it cant be ruled and instantly make into a law without more evidence to the reasoning

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And its American Government

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@paki do you know this?

OpenStudy (paki):

yeah i am agree with point C...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah I think it's C too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because I don't think you can readdress the issue once ruled

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sources: Law and Order? lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol nice source

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to me C sounds like "there's no going back you already decided" B sounds like you changed your mind, I know with criminal cases even if you find more evidence you can't rule again though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah that is true
