The table can be used in various ways. In this case two-digit numbers need to be used. A suitable method is to select the first two digits in each group of five numbers, giving: 59, 44, 15, 09, 00, 74, 02, 57, 16 and 38. Then select the next pair of digits in each group of five numbers, giving: 78, 31, 95, 23, 04, 31, 61, 39, 84 and 45. Discard numbers greater than 29, and chose the students.

Using the selection method that I chose, the third to be selected is Aaron. Another method of selecting from the line of random numbers could have given a different result for the third to be selected.
