I would say: ~ \(\normalsize\color{blue}{ \rm long~~winding }\) ~ \(\normalsize\color{blue}{ \rm 20^{th}~~century }\) or \(\normalsize\color{blue}{ \rm twentieth~~century }\) (which would be more correct, sentence wise) ~ \(\normalsize\color{blue}{ \rm tall,~~dark }\)
