I thought it was 2 but i think i am incorrect
OpenStudy (sleepyjess):
Do you have coordinates?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Its a graph
OpenStudy (anonymous):
With it going down at -3
OpenStudy (sleepyjess):
I can't see graphs on here :/ could you possibly tell me the coordinates and/or show your work ?

So at x= 1 What is y and at x= 3 what us y?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Answer choices are
-4
-2
2
4
And i was only given that info
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Average rate of change equals the slope. So determine the slpe between x=1 and x=3 and you have your average rate of change.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
How would i do that with no y
OpenStudy (anonymous):
This has me very confused its the only question out of 20 questions i dont get

X2-x1
3-1=2
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Butwhat would y be
OpenStudy (anonymous):
I think it would be zero
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Can you draw the graph? If y is 0 then there is no average rate of change because the slope = 0
OpenStudy (anonymous):
No i cant but its like how soil in a plant on the bottom going down it is at -3
