I'm leaning more towards choice D? if it's not correct can someone walk me through this please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can't help sorry

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

this is a single point not sure how it is an inequality

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

Its showing that x is equal to 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's why i'm confused? i don't know how to solve it even. when i was looking over in my book, the closest I was getting is D? but I'm still not entirely sure.

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

Well according to the given graph that is when x is equal to 1 like x=1 D is when x is greater than 2 like x>2 I think the answer is E.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, i guess that does make more sense since the point is on 1.

myininaya (myininaya):

x<2 is written above in disguise

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

@myininaya what?

myininaya (myininaya):

x<2 intersected with {1,2,3,...} is 1

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

So your saying C.

myininaya (myininaya):

yea
