Can someone help explain the difference between past, present and future tense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is this a question on anything or just want an explanation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. gone by or elapsed in time: It was a bad time, but it's all past now. 2. of, having existed in, or having occurred during a time previous to the present; bygone:

It's just confusing me. I'm studying and i don't want to get anything wrong.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is English your second language?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know the DEFINITIONS of past present and future.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

present: means now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Different timings

OpenStudy (anonymous):

One is behind one is now and one is ahead

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Seems as if you need to learn how to use the tenses if you already know the definitions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

agreed @alaska123487

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That what i asked in the first place.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not really

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"Explain the difference between past, present and future TENSE"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that literally what i said.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Past tense is like: Did, Went, Had. Present tense is like: Doing, Have (Went:I went to school yesterday, I go to school everyday.) & Future tense is like: Going to, Will go, Will have.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh ok I think i get it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks
