DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rate change means \[\frac{ dy}{ dx } \] inversely proportional \[\frac{ dy }{ dx } \alpha \frac{ 1 }{ y ^{4} }\] omit the proportionality symbol and put = times constant(that's just its meaning). \[\frac{ dy }{ dx }= \frac{ k }{ y ^{4} }\]

OpenStudy (wade123):

ohh i dont know why but i got y^4/k, i ust did it upside down

OpenStudy (wade123):

well that was easy(: hahah thanks for the explanation

OpenStudy (anonymous):
