Ideas on crash coursing Chem? (Websites, references, or just ideas etc are HIGHLY appreciated).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So my new school put me in Chem B even though I have never taken part A so I am brand new to Chem. I have this homework on balancing formulas and stuff, and no clue on how. I'd love if anyone could share their methods they used for learning Chemistry, or websites and stuff that have helped them. Thanks in advance. :D

Khan Academy videos are great resource

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you want practice in balancing equations type into google balancing chemical equations practice sciencegeek that is a great practice thing to do, and if you just type in balancing chemical equations Khan academy that should help you learn how to solve chemical equations

Thank you so much for this information! I will definitely look into that. :)

I also know that Bozeman Science (rather a bore compared to CrashCourse videos that I'm used to) is a great source for INFO, not so much entertainment lol https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLllVwaZQkS2op2kDuFifhStNsS49LAxkZ

I will definitely check out their videos as well. Thank you again for all of your help. c: If you find any other resources or just randomly think of one feel free to post it!

Probably the most important resource: http://www.ptable.com/

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

you can find some helpful stuff at MiT OpenCourseWare I self taught myself a decent majority of first semester organic chemistry last summer after 10th grade I highly recommend it
