Maybe you have only posted part of the original question here. This question cannot be answered as it is given for 2 reasons: First - the unit you have given for change in volume is not correct. Did you mean ml perhaps? or m^3 ? Second - You have stated that there is change in the volume. But the absolute change in volume depends on the original amount of water present- i.e. we need to know what the original volume (or mass) of the water was at 20 deg. Have a look at the whole question, and post the necessary information - you may get some help then.
