What was the import of the "Southern Manifesto"? that Chief Justice Warren had overstepped judicial boundaries in Brown v. Board of Education that Jim Crow laws were constitutional according to Plessy v. Ferguson that the southern states would force Warren off the Supreme Court that Brown v. Board of Education should be retried

it is, by definition "The Declaration of Constitutional Principles (known informally as the Southern Manifesto) was a document written in February and March 1956, in the United States Congress, in opposition to racial integration of public places."
and so i would assume it is important because of its anti-communal basis which is something the "blacks" (not being racist) had to overcome
so umm the most pertinent option is umm...
im thinking D
then i'm with you on that one, go for D
What role did Arkansas governor Orval Faubus play in school desegregation? He challenged the legal ruling in Sweatt v. Painter. He called out the National Guard to protect the Little Rock Nine from an angry white crowd. He defied the federal government and blocked black teenagers from attending Little Rock Central High School. He argued that black students should not attend schools with whites because "that's just not the way we do it in the South".
@PRAETORIAN.10
umm lol i have no idea
sorry xD
