OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

Am I right?

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

I think its C.

mathslover (mathslover):

Nope. That's not right.

mathslover (mathslover):

Take it in this way : \(s = u + 0.5 t^2 \\ s - u = 0.5 t^2\) Right?

mathslover (mathslover):

Now divide \(\color{blue}{0.5}\) both sides. \(\cfrac{s-u}{\color{blue}{0.5}} = \cfrac{0.5t^2}{\color{blue}{0.5}} \) \(\cfrac{s - u}{0.5} = \cfrac{\cancel{0.5} t^2}{\cancel{0.5} } \) \(\cfrac{s-u}{0.5} = t^2\) Square root both sides and you're done.

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

So A?

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

@mathslover

mathslover (mathslover):

Oops yeah. Sorry, I forgot to put a in the work above. Yes, it is A. Good work!

OpenStudy (secret-ninja):

Thanks. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):
