My problem is that I don't understand where "3 ft" is referring too. You just need the length of a base edge and the height.

@dtan5457 , I think that 3 ft is referring to the height, 3.5 the radius, and 4 the base edge.

Note: I know it is not called the radius on a hexagon, but I cannot think of the name right now :)
