Quick review. Sum of products Product of sums Sum of minterms
Sum of products=all 1's added up? product of sums=all 0's added up? then add a not on top of the equation to solve.. whats minterms? @dan815
@ganeshie8
disjunctive normal versus conjunctive normal form?
isnt sum of products how you write the answer for simplfied boolean expressions its telling u how to arrange with or gate
gate(s)
yes that sounds right
Yeah, i'm pretty sure it's the sum of all boolean when the output is 1
p.o.s is the opposite, but it think once you add it all up, you have to put a -not to the whole equation and simplify from there with demorgan's etc
is minterms the same as sum of products? I don't remember
never heard of it
gimme a boolean expression
A'B+AB+C
I remember answering this recently, one sec..
oh i think it means to put it in minimum terms possible
Oh, is that it?
Wait, but simplify all the expression of both 0 and 1 or?
just 1, just 0?
If you make a truth table, you get 1 or 0 as the output
oh okay sry ya this is diff stuff heres a video if u wanna refer too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bslJ9K9KyyI
Gonna look at that later, thanks
sum of min terms : \(A'B+AB+C = \sum m(2,3,5,6,7)\) product of max terms : \(A'B+AB+C =\prod M(0,1)\)
