Hmm, I am not sure about this one. And this isn't math. :P

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

Innate behavior = behavior determined by the "hard-wiring" of the nervous system. It is usually inflexible, a given stimulus triggering a given response. A salamander raised away from water until long after its siblings begin swimming successfully will swim every bit as well as they the very first time it is placed in the water. Clearly this rather elaborate response is "built in" in the species and not something that must be acquired by practice. learned behavior = behavior that is more or less permanently altered as a result of the experience of the individual organism (e.g., learning to play baseball well). OpenStudy (k_lynn):

Innate behavior is like inherited. Sort of like how a bird knows that it needs to make a nest, or how a dog knows when a nasty storm is coming. learned is basically something you learn. Like how to ride a bike or learning to read. So which do you think the answer is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Innate is like a fish in water. It already knows how to swim :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its B. I think this because a fish would probably not copy another fish's habits.

OpenStudy (butterflydreamer):

Yes, it should definitely be innate :) If you googled some more information on the stickleback fish, you would see that they attack red bellied fish as the red colour acts as a sign stimulus or trigger. Therefore, it would be an innate as the fish don't need to practice attacking fish with different coloured bellies. Hope this helps :) !

Yah its definitely B I knew it.
