WILL GIVE A MEDAL AND FAN FOR SURE! 1.What are the coordinates of point S? 2.What are the coordinates of point Q? 3.Which of the following represents the point (0, -5, 3)?

@Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

I suppose we are to give the coordinates in (x,y,z) form.

Directrix (directrix):

Find point V on the x-axis and look above it to see G. How many units above V is point G? @elizabethroland53

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2? @Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

It looks to me as if S is 3 units higher than V. Do check. S has the same x as V We must have 3 coordinates. x = 2, z = 3, what is y for point S?

Directrix (directrix):

The point is on the y-axis so I'm thinking that the coordinates are: (2, 0, 3) for S. Check those.

Directrix (directrix):

@elizabethroland53 Come back to the thread.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think thats right.. @Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

2.What are the coordinates of point Q?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it (2,-5,3)? @Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

How many units is U to the left of G?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-5 @Directrix ? wait so its not 2,-5,3?

Directrix (directrix):

I think Q is here: (2, -5, 3). I need 3-d glasses for this.

Directrix (directrix):

(2, 0, 3) for S (2, -5, 3) for Q is what we have so far.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok and i think that p is the answer for the last question... @Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

3.Which of the following represents the point (0, -5, 3)? This time, we have to find the point. Let's check P first then.

Directrix (directrix):

I agree with P for (0, -5, 3). Sorry all this took so long with crashes and 3-D vision problems.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok, if only we did have 3d glasses;-D thank u so much for your help:))) @Directrix
