choose a point where your line intercepts with the grid lines and move up 2 lines and right 1 to where the line intercepts with the grid lines

for example look at point (2,1) than move up 2 and right 1 and it intercepts at point (3,3)

not always it depends on the kind of graph (line) you have sometimes you can have a rise 3 and run 2. it varies with different graphs. would you like to practice another one?
