OpenStudy (misty1212):

HI!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

should be 2

OpenStudy (misty1212):

i count over one, up two

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks but how did you find it? I dont want just the answer @juniro

OpenStudy (anonymous):

choose a point where your line intercepts with the grid lines and move up 2 lines and right 1 to where the line intercepts with the grid lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for example look at point (2,1) than move up 2 and right 1 and it intercepts at point (3,3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so your rise was 2 run was 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh so for every one like that, you find a point and go up 2 and right 1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes find to point where the line intercepts the grid lines

OpenStudy (anonymous):

two**

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sp everytime the rise and run is 2 and 1 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not always it depends on the kind of graph (line) you have sometimes you can have a rise 3 and run 2. it varies with different graphs. would you like to practice another one?
