Divide 200 / 6.5 to see how much she needs for 1 loaf.
Or we can set up a proportion.. \(\dfrac{200}{6.5} = \dfrac{30}{x}\) Cross multiply and solve for 'x'
\(200x = 195\) Divide 200 to both sides..what's 195 / 200?
0.975?
Yes, so that is how much baking powder she needs for 30 loaves.

first calculate the baking soda requirement for 1 loaf 6.5/200 oz of baking soda is required to make 1 loaf so for 30 loaves 6.5/200 * 30
